Order Processing & Cancellation
Order processing time is 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
All orders are fulfilled immediately after payment. Once your order is marked as fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait for the package to arrive and submit a return request per the policy below.
14-Day Return Policy
Your order purchased through manovategear.com is eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item must be in new and unused condition
- Item must be in its original packaging as received
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items not in original condition (used, damaged by customer, or altered)
- Items returned without original packaging
- We do not offer exchanges — if you need a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a product defect or manufacturing issue, Manovate will cover return shipping costs
- If the return is due to a non-quality reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Return Process
Contact us at return@manovategear.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we will provide the return address. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 7 business days, depending on your bank
- Items returned in damaged, used, or altered condition may result in a partial refund or no refund
Damaged Items on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately or within 3 days of receipt at return@manovategear.com with your order number and photos. Please retain all original packaging.
