Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. All orders are fulfilled immediately upon processing.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates and to the GCC region, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar.

Delivery Timeframes

• UAE: 1–2 business days
• GCC: 3–7 business days

Delivery estimates may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

• UAE: Free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required
• GCC: AED 49 standard shipping

Final shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

GCC Orders

Orders shipped to GCC countries may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Manovate is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Liability

Once a package is declared “delivered” by the carrier, Manovate is not liable for stolen or missing items. If the issue is the carrier’s fault (e.g., a lost shipment), we will work with you to find a resolution.

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
